We offer a variety of shipping methods to get your new purchase to you quickly and efficiently. Our packaging is carefully designed to ensure that your new handbag arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the shipping method chosen. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Warranty
One year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty excludes any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix or excessive wear and tear including overfilling. Certain fabrics will stretch if carrying too much stuff.
After one year, if there is damage, your item can be assessed and a quote provided for repair. Shipping and costs associated are the buyers responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Made By Moo. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (this excludes change of mind). The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Custom-designed handbags, or sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
