Made by Moo doesn’t operate as a traditional online store — and that’s intentional.
Most items are handmade to order, allowing for custom fabric choices, special requests, and small‑batch making. This page explains how ordering works, what to expect, and how we’ll bring your piece to life.
Why there's no shopping cart
Because Made by Moo pieces are handmade to order, items aren’t held as ready‑to‑ship stock. Many of the designs you see on the website reflect past custom orders, market favourites, or previous online requests.
Rather than managing constantly changing inventory, orders are placed via enquiry. This approach allows for flexibility, accurate pricing, and custom options, without the limitations of a traditional checkout.
How the ordering process works
1. Browse the collection
Explore the Made by Moo Collection to see styles, sizes, and past designs. Items shown are examples and inspiration rather than ready‑to‑purchase stock.
2. Submit an order enquiry
Use the order form to tell me what you’re looking for, including the style, size, fabric preferences, and any special requests.
3. Confirm details & pricing
I’ll be in touch to confirm availability, pricing, and estimated timelines before anything proceeds.
4. Payment & making
Once details are confirmed, payment is arranged via direct debit and your piece is handmade to order.
Custom orders & fabric choices
Many Made by Moo pieces are custom made. Where possible, fabric options and finishes can be discussed, and small modifications may be available depending on the design.
Please note that some fabrics are one‑off or limited, and exact recreations may not always be possible — but I’m always happy to help find something you’ll love.

Markets
